We want you to be confident in your purchase. If zuzu.codes isn't right for you, here's how plans, expiry, and refunds work.
Plans Are One-Time Purchases
zuzu.codes plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There is nothing to cancel:
- When you buy a plan (e.g. 30-day Pro), you pay once and get access for that fixed duration
- Access automatically expires at the end of the term
- We do not charge you again automatically
- To continue access after expiry, you purchase a new plan from your Settings page
7-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund
- If you're not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase
- No questions asked — just email us
- To request a refund, email hello@zuzu.codes with the email address on your account
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking, etc.) within 5–10 business days by Razorpay
- When a refund is initiated, your access is revoked immediately
After 7 Days
- Refund requests made after the 7-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis
- Partial refunds for unused days within an active plan are not available
EU/UK Consumers — Cooling-Off Period
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Since zuzu.codes delivers digital content immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that:
- Digital content delivery begins immediately
- You expressly consent to waive the 14-day withdrawal right upon accessing paid content
- If you have not accessed any paid content, you may request a full refund within 14 days
Our 7-day no-questions-asked refund applies regardless, even if content has been accessed.
Upgrades from Pro to Max
- If you upgrade from Pro to Max while your Pro plan is still active, you receive pro-rata credit for the unused days on your Pro plan
- The credit is applied at the daily rate you originally paid (not the list price), and reduces the cost of the Max plan
- If you're unsatisfied after an upgrade, the 7-day refund policy applies from the date of the upgrade
Free Content
Free tracks are always accessible without any paid plan. No payment, expiry, or refund applies to free content.
